    Fourth, the appearance of silk screen printing: the content of silk screen printing should be clear, complete, uniform in color, without burrs, defects, tailing, and pollution; the specific content, location, pattern and font size of all silk screen printing should be described in detail by the corresponding drawings, and the manufacturer is strictly Screen printing according to the design requirements of the drawings.

    Fifth, the color is consistent with the sample (no obvious color difference is observed under natural light or fluorescent lamp with normal vision), and the same batch of products has no color difference (note: color difference includes color and gloss); the surface of the coating is smooth, flat and uniform, and the surface shall not have any color difference. The following defects: non-drying and sticking, particles, bottom leakage, pitting, blooming, wrinkling, mechanical damage.

Box inspection requirements: The inspectors must inspect the incoming box materials one by one in strict accordance with the designer's drawings to check whether there are missing or missing parts. The box inspection should pay attention to the following issues:

    (1) The deviation of the overall dimensions of the LED box is not more than 0.5mm, and the difference between the two diagonals is not more than 1mm.

    (2) Check whether the burr is removed, whether the acute angle is blunt, and no scratching or pricking is allowed.

    (3) Each nut and nut column must be treated with back teeth to ensure that the screws can be locked in smoothly.

    (4) Check whether the overall assembly requirements of the LED box are truthfully processed according to the drawings. All accessories (such as locks and hinges) must use existing standard parts, and their mechanical strength and sealing performance must be guaranteed during assembly.

    (5) The welding of each welding part of the box body must be firm, and there is no phenomenon such as false welding and missing welding. Welds must be polished and sealed to be waterproof, smooth and flat without sharp angles.

    (6) After the punching and welding of the LED module holes, the flatness of the front should be ensured, and the surrounding panels should not be warped or deformed, and the flatness error should be less than 1MM; The distance error is less than 0.1mm; the X and Y directions of the axis of the group holes should be on the same straight line, and the straight lines should be perpendicular to the edge of the box, and the verticality should be less than 1mm.
